Kits and Pieces Designers and StaffRosy Schlitzkus - Design Team Leader/Kit Coordinator
 Rosy Schlitzkus lives in Western Washington with her wonderful husband Dan and their four great kids. She is a homeschooling mom who finds that scrapbooking is a wonderful way to keep sane in the midst of it all. She is obsessed with scrapbooking products and loves the process of creating. Her pages are full of personality--she is a firm believer in including a bit of herself every time she scraps, whether it is her handwriting, her memories or her thoughts and feelings--and she finds the creative process helps her focus on all the positive things about her great life. Her work has been seen in Memory Makers, Scrapbook Trends, and other publications. Rosy is thrilled to be a part of the community here at Kits & Pieces and looks forward to contributing to this community in whatever way I can!
Kira McKee - Message Board Coordinator/Design Team Member
 "Kira McKee is proud to be a stay-at-home mom to three busy little boys and has been married for eight years to Jarrod, "the cutest boy she ever saw." She and her family reside in beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Kira sees scrapbooking as a visual journal, a time capsule for future generations, and a creative outlet. She is not afraid to use multiple pictures on a page (her record is 29!) but loves the versatility of single-photo layouts as well. She started out as a subscriber to Kits & Pieces and faithful (okay, obsessed!) participant on the message board, and is now thrilled to be a part of this amazing team."
Christine Brown
 Christine has been scrapbooking since early 2000, shortly after her youngest son was born. Since then her work has been regularly featured in national publications including Creating Keepsakes magazine, Memory Makers magazines and books, Scrapbooks Etc. and Paper Crafts magazines. She was a 2005 Memory Makers Master and was the winner of the Basic Grey "Be Bold" $5000 Album Contest. She is a frequent contributor to Memory Makers magazines and books and is a freelance designer for Creative Memories.
Christine's style can be described as classic-romantic and full of details. She is passionate about journaling and sharing her heart. Her two spirited little boys, ages 8 and 12, keep her running and are her primary source of inspiration. Christine works full time as a computer programmer at a small marketing firm. She and her boys live in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN.
Julie Balzer
Julie Fei-Fan Balzer is a newlywed living in New York City (Times Square, to be exact). She is the Artistic Director of The Milk Can Theatre Company and Visiting Dramaturg at Wheaton College. When not directing a play or teaching, she can be found holed up in her tiny apartment playing with her papers and fabric and beads. She loves to integrate her various crafting skills and so you will often find quilting techniques in her scrapbooks, or photos in the jewelry she makes, or scrapbooking supplies embellishing a quilt!
Pattye Duffner
Pattye Duffner lives in Orange County California. She started scrapbooking when she was expecting her first son in 1999 and has been hooked ever since. Her style is simple and to the point. She emphasizes the photo and the journaling most. She loves that scrapbooking is putting a piece of her heart onto pages that her kids will have forever. She is married to her husband Jerry, and they have 3 little ones (with a 4th on the way!). Her published works include Scrapbook Trends, Scrapbook Answers, Better Homes and Gardens Scrapbook Etc..and designer for ScrapbookLifestyle.com, an online scrapbooking show brought to you from Better Homes and Gardens Scrapbook Etc.
